The Bradenton Police Department has arrested a local couple on charges of animal cruelty. According to BPD, its officers located several dogs suffering from malnutrition and living in deplorable conditions at the couple's home in the 1800 block of 10th Avenue West earlier this week. BPD received a report from an anonymous caller who said the dogs at the residence of Adriana O'Hara and Timothy Miller appeared skinny and underfed.
