⬇️JUMP ROPE SHOES ⬇️ What works for me, might not work for you, BUT these are the most important things to look for: ✅ Wider toe box or size up a half size ✅ Ankle & lateral support (look for a cross trainer) ✅ Minimal cushion drop (avoid big fat angled running soles that are designed to propel you forward.
