The death of an American missionary on a remote Indian island has sparked a backlash in India. John Allen Chau didn't intend anyone to know his name; he intended to remain invisible to the world, whether he lived or died. On November 16, 2018, John arrived on North Sentinel Island for the last time. He had previously made contact with the people, even sending gifts ashore, but today he would go and walk toward their homes. Not much is known about the events of his death, but one thing is certain: He went to a people out of love for them and obedience to the Great Commission given by Jesus
