Stradford opened the nation's largest Black-owned hotel on Black Wall Street. 54 rooms of luxury destroyed in the 1921 Tulsa Massacre. Charged with "inciting a riot," he fled to Chicago, rebuilt from scratch, and his great-grandson now runs a billion-dollar investment firm.
