Keep an eye on the 512km zoomed out radar from the wee small hours of early Thu morning & during the day - you may well see an impressive band of rain take shape & march across the SE interior of QLD / NE interior of NSW towards the coast. Some places in these areas (e.g. the Northwest Slopes & Plains district of NSW, etc) could get heavy rainfall. For Brisbane, most modelling is currently suggesting the rain will be weakening by the time it reaches here during the middle of the day or afternoon

9pm Wed - Here's a BoM nowcast radar animation out to the next 90 minutes for the showers and thunderstorms that are just starting to enter far inland parts of SEQ from the Downs at this time.
