Here is what North Dakota Department of Transportation is trying to clean up between Jamestown and Fargo. This video, of the eastbound lane on I-94 west of Casselton, shows the entire lane covered in snow. The #NDHP trooper was patrolling this section of the closed road to ensure no one attempted to travel through the area. You can see that both lanes are covered in snow, they are located several feet on the other side of the cable median barrier. | North Dakota Highway Patrol

UPDATE: South Dakota Department of Transportation​ says I-90 remains open. Earlier, the Haakon County Emergency Management office reported the interstate was closed. -- A large grass fire near Wall, SD along I-90 has shutdown the interstate from Wall to Kadoka according to Haakon County Emergency Management.
